Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred product, choose delivery date and add-ons (if any), then proceed to checkout. Fill in the required details, make payment, and you will receive an order confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards, FPX online banking, and popular e-wallets such as Touch ’n Go and GrabPay.
Delivery & Pickup
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM. Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the next day.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver across Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor). Delivery fees will be calculated automatically at checkout.
What are your delivery hours?
Standard delivery is between 09:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily. For specific timing requests, please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate.
Products & Customization
Are the flowers fresh?
Absolutely. All flowers are freshly handpicked and carefully wrapped to ensure quality and longevity.
Can I request specific flowers or colors?
Yes, for Custom Made bouquets you may specify your preferred flowers, colors, or style. Availability depends on the season.
Do you provide message cards?
Yes, every order comes with a complimentary message card. You can include your personal note during checkout.
