At Fa Flora Blooms, we aim to deliver your flowers and arrangements with care and efficiency. Please take note of our delivery coverage and terms below:

Delivery Coverage Area

  • We currently deliver within Klang Valley only (Kuala Lumpur & Selangor).

  • Delivery outside Klang Valley is not available at the moment.

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is within our coverage area.

Delivery Hours

  • Standard delivery hours are from 09:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Sunday, including public holidays).

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day or on your selected date.

Delivery Services

We provide delivery through two options, depending on your order type:

  1. Flower Bouquet Delivery (by Grab Partner Drivers)

    • Distance is calculated from our studio in Bandar Puchong Jaya.

    • Delivery fees are charged according to distance:

  2. Flower Stand Delivery (by Personal Delivery Team)

    • Suitable for grand openings, condolence stands, and large arrangements.

    • Delivery fees are charged according to distance:

Important Notes

  • If your order contains both Bouquets and Flower Stands, delivery will be calculated based on Flower Stand rates.

  • Please ensure the recipient’s address and contact details are accurate. Re-delivery due to incomplete/incorrect details may incur additional charges.

  • In the event of unexpected road conditions (traffic, weather, road closures), delivery times may vary slightly.
