1. What to Expect

Please understand that fresh flowers are perishable by nature. Minor imperfections are normal and cannot constitute valid reasons for return or refund. Displayed images are for reference to style and vibe—they may not reflect the exact flower arrangement you receive.

2. When Are Refunds or Replacements Eligible?

We only offer refunds or replacements if your order arrives in unacceptable condition—e.g., severely damaged or wilted flowers at delivery. Once care is transferred to the recipient, it becomes their responsibility.

3. How to File a Claim

To be eligible, please submit your claim within 3 hours of delivery. Send us:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the issue from multiple angles

  • A brief description of the problem

4. What About Exceptions?

Refunds or replacements are not applicable under these circumstances:

  • Discounted, bundled, or promotional items

  • Gift sets missing components (e.g., greeting cards)

  • Personal preference or disliking the style of the arrangement

5. Service Disruptions & Force Majeure

Fa Flora Blooms cannot be held responsible for delays or quality issues caused by:

  • Severe weather events (e.g., heavy rain, flooding)

  • Unforeseen events like power outages, logistics failures, or forces beyond our control

In such cases, refunds or re-delivery cannot be guaranteed.
